Just because you asked so nice!

I have gotten in to making crafts. I actually am really obsessed. I have searched sites...(just a few) and have been blown away by all the cool ideas! So I decided in all my free time that I would make things and give them as gifts for friends and family. My sister has been bugging me to share some of my crafts that I have been making over the past few months. (I am sorry that I do not have the links to all the sites where I got my ideas, but I will post them when I find them again).... although Amy you are not allowed to look! (HA HA). Jewelry Organizer- Loved this idea... and so easy! Never had a jewelry box and things were getting hard to find- already had the frame (thanks to my dad and his yard sale treasures for me) and the screen too!
Directions- Just hot glued the screen to the back of the frame. I added a wire bracelet and attached that to the screen so I could hook my clip earrings onto something. Bonus- My frame is wide and sticks out a bit, so I am able to put my glasses and bracelets over the top.
Block calendar - Thought this idea was so cute! (Made this to give as a gift) It was great to make while we were snowed in for two weeks! Check the site below for directions. It was not hard, but they worked out what should be written on each block (which made it really easy). The only thing I would change is leaving a blank space on each block (because you can't see it, but there is one block behind these with more months written on it- that does not have a blank space so it has to be hidden when not in use)

Cheap Decorating Project- Dollar Tree frames and scrap book paper (double sided- so I only need 3 sheets)! Cool thing is Spring, Summer, Autumn and Winter all have the same # of letters..... (bet you are now counting them) I am looking forward to changing these out these snow flakes for some cute bright colored paper soon!!!!! (I actually printed, cut and glued my letters out b/c of the kind of paper I used- painful!) I think next time I will print it directly on the paper!

Got more- but I will post them later!
