Camp Ockanickon

Parsen and Caeden went to Scout camp in PA this year. They were so excited, but a little nervous to head out into the unknown without their troop or their dad. The good news is they had a great time and would LOVE to go up that camp again.

Drop off day
Dad getting everyone signed in checking out forms
After we got all the paperwork filled out and said out good-bye's we took a quick walk around
(We saw the boys at the pool about to take the swim test)

Parsen is 14 and another visit to PA!

Parsen turned 14 and had three cakes to celebrate this year. We went to PA for another visit so we got to celebrate with both sides of the family- and then he HAD to have a party with his buds.
Grandmom and Grandpop took us to "their" pool with some of the Borough's gang

the slide was a big hit and everyone wanted me to take their pictures coming out it

Happy 4th!
We had friends over for a picnic celebration

Visit to OBX

We fit in a quick trip to the OBX at the start of summer. We are so lucky to have friends that live down there that we get to hang with when we go down. This time we also had another family that we knew that was there at the same time so we really had a blast!

Summer 2010

Once again I am playing catch up! We had a great summer and I am still trying to get used to the idea that it is over : ( This one was so fast, but we did get in a lot of fun, even with all the heat.

Mira's 4th Birthday!

Mira had a Garden theme party this year. I had so much fun planning ...
(Here she is in the special outfit I made for her big day!)
Mira and her BFF's
First we had a snack of cheese, crackers and fruit salad
Then we had craft time- the girls REALLY enjoyed this!
and planted flowers in their own pots to take home

Happy Birthday!

(I was so happy with how these cupcakes turned out! I found these cute silicone pots and topped them with chocolate petal flowers)

Mira's Family Party on her B-day

Mira got a big girl bike!
(I also wanted to show a gift that I made for Mira... it was a lot of work- but well worth it!)

I hope she enjoys them for a very long time! Happy Birthday baby girl!
